-Para realizar pagos a plazos o depósitos de la reserva, debes marcar la casilla correspondiente en las opciones de compra.
-Por defecto, está seleccionada la forma de pago completo.
-En el momento en que recibamos tu figura, te la enviaremos con el método de envío que escogiste al realizar la reserva.

-¿Puedo anular una reserva?Las reservas son una compra en firme. Por lo tanto, AkibamarketNO ACEPTA CANCELACIONES DE PEDIDOS DE ARTÍCULOS EN RESERVA.
Los retrasos en la fecha de salida no son motivo de cancelación de la reserva, dado que las fechas de llegada de las figuras a nuestros almacenes son aproximaciones completamente orientativas y están sujetas a todo tipo de factores externos a nosotros que pueden causar retrasos.
En el caso del pago a plazos, no se aceptarán devoluciones de los pagos parciales ya realizados si decides cancelar la reserva después de haber pagado alguno de los plazos.
-¿Va a cambiar el precio?
A diferencia de otras tiendas, nosotros aseguramos que el precio final será el mismo por el que reservaste la figura. No te daremos sorpresas desagradables aumentando el precio en el último momento.
-¿Por qué todas tienen descuento?
Ofrecemos un descuento al comprar una figura de pre venta antes de su fecha límite de reserva. Así que si quieres hacerte con esta figura aprovecha el precio especial y no te arriesgues a quedarte sin ella.
-¿Cuándo va a llegar mi figura?
Nosotros enviamos las figuras nada más llegan al almacén, siempre por orden de las reservas. Y las enviamos por el mismo método de envío que seleccionaste, así que la figura llegará el tiempo estimado de envío desde la fecha de llegada.
No obstante, la fecha de lanzamiento de los productos de reserva es estimada y puede variar ligeramente sin previo aviso por parte de los fabricantes o los distribuidores. En ocasiones, una figura con una fecha de salida prevista, puede llegar a retrasarse varias semanas.
